Sr Social Media & Community Specialist

Join Orderfox as Social Media Lead and shape how our brands show up across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram and beyond. You will help build a stronger digital presence for GieniABX and Gieni Explorer, amplify product stories through organic and paid social, and grow engaged communities around our brands. Your work will turn content into awareness, trust and inbound interest.

You will own and evolve our social media strategy across channels, create and manage a cross-brand content calendar, develop platform-native content, run paid social campaigns, and grow vibrant online communities. You will optimise performance through testing, targeting and reporting, while ensuring every post, ad and interaction supports a consistent and compelling brand narrative.

You bring 3–6+ years of experience in social media, paid social, content marketing or community management, ideally in a B2B, SaaS or technology-driven environment. You know how to create strong copy, manage campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, work with audience targeting and retargeting, and use analytics to improve results. Fluent English, working German, and confidence with AI-powered content tools will help you get up to speed quickly.

Expect a hybrid role in Zurich with a high level of creative ownership and autonomy. You will work closely with leadership, marketing and brand teams in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, with the chance to influence how our products are perceived in the market and how our communities grow over time.

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism or equivalent practical experience is a strong foundation. Most importantly, you combine creative instinct with data-driven thinking, bring a community-first mindset, and take ownership with a proactive, hands-on approach.
